Pool & Golf Cart Notices

1. People are entering and using the Community Pool by scaling the fence and exiting the same way. If caught doing this they will be prosecuted if not a resident or if a resident will lose their pool privileges for up to 1 year.
2. Young people have been seen driving golf cars on the community streets with three of four kids in and or hanging on the back of the car. These are Loudon County roads and if these youth are caught by the Sheriff they will be ticketed. Further if this continues everyone in the community could lose the privilege of using the roads with their golf cars since they are not licensed accordingly.
3. Pool Umbrellas are being left open over night and are subject to damage with storms and wind. They cost the community $300.00 each to replace. Please close them when leaving the pool.
Covenants & Restrictions Project Update

The project update dated 5/27/2015 from the Board of Directors is located in the Document Library under Board of Directors Minutes and Reports.
There is no change to the May 27th letter. The Developer Trustee is currently out of the country on an extended vacation. The BOD will continue to work with the Trustee to gain an extension of the date to revise the C&Rs and have the most current amendment removed.

The following information is provided by the Avalon Board of Directors:
RESIDENT ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
A number of you have asked about the status of the recent residential associate membership. The Board of Directors (BOD) has not been made aware that the Developer (Burleson & Gillenwater Trust) has filed an amendment to the Covenants and Restrictions detailing the membership. The BOD is not aware that any Avalon resident has been billed for the membership by the Avalon Golf and Country Club. The BOD has not been contacted by the Developer in regard to this issue and is unaware of the status of the resident associate membership as of 3/11/15.
The original investor group has removed its interest in purchasing the Avalon golf course and the Avalon Trust Properties.
