Helpful hints for new residents:

Set yourself up on the Avalon website. Go to Avalon-tn.com and register. Click on “Register” (top right hand corner) and complete the form. Enter the required information, it is marked with an asterisk. If you want to receive community wide emails enter your email address. When finished hit "continue" at the bottom of the form. You must be a property owner to register.

The Contact Us page of the HOA’s website is a way to contact the following (a link to the page is on the left hand side under “Welcome”):
- HOA Board of Directors
- The website’s Administrator
- Architectural Advisory Committee
- The HOA’s Management Company
- Volunteer to help the community
- Access to community amenities
You will need a key to access the Tennis/Basketball Courts, a back gate remote to get thru the rear entrance after hours and a key card for the pool. You must be a property owner to gain access to amenities. To gain access to community amenities go to the Contact Us page on avalon-tn.com. Send a question to Community Access.
Having made the decision to join the community you should familiarize yourself with the covenants and restrictions. There is a link to the covenants on this website's Home page. They are on the left hand margin, look for Governing Documents.
If you live in the Links, Masters, Villas, Legends, Traditions or Cottages, go to the Associated HOA’s page for contact information related to those communities. The link to the Associated HOA's page is on the left hand side of the website's Home page, you must have a login ID in order to access this page.
There are a host of groups within the community – Pickle Ball, Bunco, Stitching and Bridge.
